This project was a nearly complete rebuild that consisted of a full renovation turning the existing Garage into office space, remodeled Living Room at the front with new Entry, Kitchen, Family Room, Powder Room and Stair on the first floor.  Also added was an entirely new second floor with new bedrooms, baths and Master Suite.  Large bay windows were used to take advantage of the golf course view at the front.
