This project consisted of a new three car Garage with office space above for both residents as well as a grand stair with Mudroom space connecting the new Garage to the existing home.  Also included were new Entry steps and trellis along with renovations to the basement to create a new Guest Suite and turn the existing Garage

into a Wine Cellar.  All the upgrades fit seamlessly with

the craftsman styling of the home and worked to create

a more horizontal feel to lessen the monumentality of the existing home.
